Abstract

The relevance of the leader is indisputable, while his performance impacts, directly, the lives of individuals, whether they are members of a family or even of a company. The actions of today's leaders emerge as a tool that aims to overcome obstacles, that is, adversities in business environments. Therefore, following this understanding, the work aims to point out the perception People Manager at Associação Mais Saúde Santa Casa de São João da Boa Vista, regarding their leadership role. The methodology is a case study, with a qualitative and quantitative, based on the company Associação Mais Saúde Santa Casa, of São João da Boa Vista, and presenting information based on a Review of literature published in recent years.
