dc.description.abstractThe project aimed to conduct an analysis of the business of Antonio Sérgio Rovaron, which consists of a rural property of 4.5 bushels, located near Serra da Paulista, in the city of São João da Boa Vista, in the interior of São Paulo. The owner is entitled as a natural farmer with CNPJ, in addition, he already has great experience with plantations, but this is the first of his own property. The product supplied is the tomato, which will be planted differently from other competitors, since the planting will be done directly in the soil and greenhouse, seeking a better quality of the tomato and a larger quantity harvested. In the future, the owner has plans to invest in other types of products such as free range chicken and pumpkin.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO projeto teve como objetivo realizar uma análise do negócio de Antônio Sérgio Rovaron, que consiste de uma propriedade rural de 4,5 alqueires, localizado próximo a Serra da Paulista, na cidade de São João da Boa Vista, no interior de São Paulo. O proprietário é intitulado como pessoa física com CNPJ de produtor rural, ademais, este já possui grande experiência com plantações, porém essa é a primeira da sua própria propriedade. O produto fornecido é o tomate, que será plantado de forma diferenciada dos demais concorrentes, já que a plantação será realizada diretamente no solo e em estufa, buscando uma melhor qualidade do tomate e uma maior quantidade colhida. Futuramente, o proprietário tem planos de investir em outros tipos de produtos como frango caipira e abóbora.pt_BR
