Abstract

The objective of this work is to carry out an analysis of the impacts that the communication can have on the organizational environment and on how the company can encourage the improvement of this tool, as well as understanding the need for it in the company's daily processes, between managers and employees, so that the effect is positive for the company and also for its employees.
