DESEMPENHO EM RECURSOS HUMANOS: <POLÍCIA MILITAR DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO>

Abstract

The objective of this study is to understand the performance evaluation system and training and development, carried out by the Military Police of the State of São Paulo. Knowing that all the secretariats that make up the public management of the State of São Paulo, as well as the State Attorney's Office and Municipalities, use the evaluation, since February 10, 2012 according to Decree 57,780, which was amended by Decree 58,373, of September 5, 2012. Due to the foregoing and the need of disciplining the application of the indicated norms, facilitating the inspection and control administrative staff, the Director of Personnel of the Military Police of the State of São Paulo, in the use of the competence conferred on it through item I, article 40, of Decree No. 7,290, of December 15, 1975 and article 14, items I and III, items "a" and "b", of Decree no. 52,833, of March 24, 2008, combined with Instruction UCRH 01, of March 28, January 2016, stipulates the obligation and responsibilities to be fulfilled to carry out the performance evaluation of its employees.
