This is a consultation formulated by Isabel, a Venezuelan resident in Brazil, with the objective of analyzing the legal consequences derived from actions taken by her; his boss, Marcelo; and her husband, José; in addition to the legal consequences derived from an accident in which he suffered in public transport.
