Abstract
To carry out the integrated project proposed this semester, we chose the
MasterCell company. We use the knowledge acquired during the semester for the
development of the project, these acquired through the study units from which
were: Performance evaluation tool widely used in organizations in the area of
people management, with the objective of analyzing the performance of the professional according to the
activities performed, goals set and results achieved. Department of
staff where labor laws and calculations were studied along with the process of
hiring a new employee. The Leadership and Coaching discipline was
to diagnose and develop the training needs of the company and its
collaborators. In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the objective was to create, lead and
direct career plans, and also the study on the base and ceiling of positions and salaries. Per
end in the Talent Selection and Retention unit where the purpose was to create a
recruitment and selection process, aiming to determine the choice of employees referring to
for each available position.
