Abstract

The objective of the Integrated Project "COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAMS IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT" aims to bring up the problems of faulty communications in the environment and possible solutions to these problems. It also addresses the different personalities in the social context as a whole, and how they influence communication processes. Noise in communication causes disruptions that can influence from routine decision-making but also impact on a large scale various sectors of society and light in the business environment. We also bring some habits and vices in the communication of our day to day, but that can be avoided for a better quality be it verbal, gestural or written.
