Abstract

In this Integrated Project (IP) we will address some topics related to Management Accounting, such as the concept of Balanced Scorecard and Ebitda. We will go into the Perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard Method and demonstrate some of the indicators that can be used to assess the business situation according to each Perspective presented. As for the Ebitda concept, we will present its concept and then carry out the respective calculation based on the latest statements presented by the chosen company, which is Natura S.A.
