dc.description.abstractWe can consider that Claro S.A. is a good company to apply, as it is linked to the telecommunications market, being the 2nd largest. With its merger with Nextel in 2019, we can see, through the calculated indices, that Claro, even with its expenses with the process, obtained positive results in 2019. Operating results such as Nopat, Ebit and Ebtida, showed growth because of with which sales increased with the purchase of Nextel. The expectation is that this result will increase relatively in the year 2020.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoPodemos considerar que a Claro S.A. é uma boa empresa para aplicar, pois está ligada ao mercado de telecomunicações sendo a 2ª maior. Com sua fusão com a Nextel no ano de 2019, observamos através dos índices calculados, que a Claro mesmo com seus gastos com o processo obteve resultados positivos no ano de 2019. Os resultados operacionais como Nopat, Ebit e o Ebtida, demonstraram crescimentos isto por com que as vendas aumentaram com a compra a Nextel. A expectativa é que este resultado aumente relativamente no ano de 2020.pt_BR
