Abstract

The work was developed using the company Natura being a private company of Brazilian origin, leader in the national market, its structure and functionality and with the commercialization of cosmetics, fragrances, personal hygiene items. Natura is present in 64 cities located in the country and has a network of 6.5 thousand employees, 1.8 million consultants. Natura is the first company in Latin America to account for the impact of its business on the environment and society. In recent years Natura has invested about 2 billion thus raising the level of its technological infrastructure and logistics. The company has been investing to provide information, payment applications and other instruments to boost consultants' performance. The objective of the study that will address that is the updating of net values ​​and shareholders' equity.
