| dc.description.abstract | This work aims to present the labor liabilities of the fictitious company Lobos, which operates in the sporting goods retail sector, in order to survey each one, analyzing a possible solution and the financial impact caused by these labor deficits. Cada unidade de estudo foi fundamental para elaboração desse projeto que vai desde entender o que são os passivos trabalhistas e como praticar a gestão dos mesmos, até realmente entender o impacto financeiro que eles podem acarretar na organização. | pt_BR |
