Abstract

The present work presents an analysis of the corporate budget as a fundamental element for the management process. An essential tool for every company is Budgets and Taxes. Our general objective is to aim at a contributing budget so that the objective that was outlined is achieved. Our specific objective is to apply the Budget Management and Strategic Tax Management presented by the Business School.
