Abstract
This is a query made by businessman Marcio Dias regarding the grounds given by the Internal Committee of the party he was affiliated with, regarding the rejection of his candidacy for Federal Deputy. Since the opinion given by this body, responsible for the preliminary candidacy, caused the party not to authorize his candidacy for the 2022 election.
