Abstract

This Integrated Project has as main objective to present the company Pernambucanas, from São Joao da Boa Vista, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis on how teamwork takes place in a real company and the forms of communication used by people, especially when these are gathered. The company was chosen because of its prominence in the national retail sector. Founded in 1908, Pernambucanas is a company focused on retail, having several varieties of products such as fashion, appliances, bed, table and bath, utilities, electronics, rugs, curtains and much more, located in the east of the State of São Paulo. .
