According to Eduardo Marques (CEO) the company has some problems in this sector, being the high turnover of remote employees, who have no with the company's values, in addition to the lack of interactions with other employees, which makes it difficult for them to integrate and maintain consistency in order to continue working in the company. For a good and accentuated growth of the company, the communication between the remote and face-to-face employees is crucial, due to improved productivity because the greater the communication the better the performance.Item Inteligência Artificial nas Empresas(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2021-11-30) REZENDE, Andriel de Oliveira; COSTA, Maria Elisa Alves; SILVA, Marisa Graziela; CARIOCA, José MarcioArtificial Intelligence has its era determined by the appearance of a distinct type of organization, designed for a workplace fond of digital networks. This new organization can be described by a chain in order to leverage an interconnected foundation of data and quickly favor the deployment of artificial intelligence, resulting in significant growth in learning. Established companies take a stand against the rise and advancement of new competitors who have opted for the use of artificial intelligence, using strategies such as attacking and disclosing the negative points and their disadvantages to consumers, when they cannot succeed in doing so, some companies seek to change their operations, modify and digitize many of their own systems. It is critical not only to take into account the technological feasibility of the necessary innovation or the scalability of the operating model in an enterprise, the best leaders must take into account the way their increasingly digital companies impact the communities around them and must consider the social implications and more difficult ethics.
