    The main objective for the development of this project is to act as consultants and diagnose, in the company Ubaia Biotecnologia Vegetal, possible improvements in the logistics processes, in the administration of production and in the management of the company's costs. It is also intended to apply a more efficient and more qualified operational method, so that the company survives the market in the long term.

    The present work is about a candy industry among other products, manufactured and sold. Our objective is to identify and develop proposals for improvement in the areas of Logistics, Production Administration, Project and Process Management, and Strategic Cost Management.
