The students of the courses of technology were invited to develop an application consisting of medical records electronics to monitor each patient participating in the project. The system will be used by health professionals, initially, to the registration of patients with all the necessary information so that, after completing of the same, he can receive the ideal treatment from the team of professionals who will assist him. The proposal for this semester's project is "Reverse Engineering of the Water Flow System". So in this project, our main objective is to develop with greater focus some areas that were previously limited to our knowledge. At the However, it is important to highlight these concepts for a better understanding and execution of the related functions, When entering the business field, even if one understands the relevance of financial control, it is often neglected in favor of other issues considered "priorities". However, data in Brazil based on the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), demonstrate that prioritizing the company's monetary control is the more correct decision, bearing in mind that more than 60% of companies go bankrupt in the first 5 years due to lack of financial planning. Cash flow control is essential for companies, businesses and stores, especially given the large amount of money involved. This control allows establishments keep a detailed record of their income and expenses, which contributes to a more disciplined and error-free administration. According to data from Sebrae (Support Service for Micro and Small Companies), during the pandemic, 7% of companies closed for not having made a profit and 20% for lack of capital. This highlights the importance of adequate financial management for the survival and success of the business. The prototype is responsible for highlighting its functionalities. The importance of a financial system is to simplify the service performed in several processes, which must be carried out daily by employees, in addition to making it possible to create projections that the company wants to make. This prototype is based on a database that receives the inputs and outputs and the control of the balances of this company, with this data received it becomes possible to carry out projections from at least one month to a long period of time. For the creation and documentation of this prototype, knowledge developed in the classroom in the modules of data modeling, financial management, programming logic, object-oriented programming, entrepreneurial management, business intelligence, software engineering and operating systems was used.
