The choice of this company was based on its commitment to sustainability.

    The timber company Lodovicho works in the wood trade area, focused on the construction business. There is a way to reuse the sawdust that is extracted from the wood, in a sustainable way. Covering issues of human behavior, creativity and innovation, through an analysis of the company from an ESG perspective.

    This work aims to create a marketing diagnosis for Honorato Supermercados, a company that has two stores in São João da Boa Vista. For this, a set of factors will be worked on to help the company succeed in the competitive market in which it operates. For this, actions will be proposed that aim to work marketing in a broad way, analyzing the market in which the company is inserted, the behavior of its consumers and the marketing that the company already develops, and, from this study, to elaborate strategies to that the company generates value for its customers, with the objective of attracting and retaining them.

    This project aims to make the company attract new customers through advertising, as it currently uses Google ADS, which has a high cost. One of the ways we observed for means of improvement would be social networks, such as Instagram, a tool widely used for a greater reach of visibility, so that users can find your product or service.

    The project addresses and applies the knowledge seen during the semester in the Marketing module, giving greater emphasis to the subject of Digital Marketing combined with the benefits of understanding and using the principles of consumer behavior as a tool to analyze its impacts on the company. The main focus is to demonstrate to the entrepreneur the importance that a good management of the communication with its customers and target audiences brings to the company and how, non-compliance with this can affect not only the financial health, but also the image that it passes through its brand, making it clear that Marketing goes far beyond a simple advertising focused on sales, it is responsible for generating and delivering value to the product and the customer.

    This Business Consulting project aims to analyze the marketing efforts of the company Café a Priori, through the knowledge acquired in the study units of this module. By analyzing the marketing environment, it is possible to understand what the company's efforts are to deal with threats or opportunities that may affect its success and that of its brand in the market. Another unit of importance is understanding consumer behavior, as it allows for more assertive decision-making. When you know the consumer well, it is possible to create products/services that will be accepted in the market. In addition to marketing mix management, addressing the four pillars of an effective marketing strategy. Finally, a closing with the main points addressed, the difficulties encountered and the solutions for the company in question.
