The project is aimed at developing a device that helps people manage their medications more efficient, reminding them of the correct times to take them, ensuring they don't forget to take any pills, avoiding duplication of doses and minimizing risks of medication administration errors. In addition, the project provides a better quality of life for patients, helping them maintain a consistent medication regimen and preventing them from suffering from additional health issues. The device will help monitors to monitor and manage your loved ones' medications, ensuring they receive the correct medication in the right time and observe the risk of medication administration errors. The cameras used in the system are connected to the Arduino, which acts as the brain of the system, managing functionalities and interactions. The OpenCV library is responsible by processing images in real time, allowing the detection of movements, facial recognition, pattern analysis, and other security-related tasks. UNIFEOB is committed to developing this project in an interdisciplinary way, involving professors and students from different areas, such as Engineering, Life Sciences, Computing and Information Systems. The team will offer a means of solution to prevent technological devices from being damaged by humidity or high temperatures. This solution will be possible thanks to the use of sensors connected to arduinos strategically located on the ceiling of each room. This device works in a simple way, yet efficient, constantly monitoring temperature and humidity in real time and, in case of drastic alteration will immediately alert the person in charge. In this way, with the help of this project, the college can then avoid losses significant damage to electronics due to environmental conditions, thus helping to decrease maintenance costs. In accordance with the theme of the Entrepreneurial Project "Low cost prototype and functional IoT", a cost-effective solution for the college was presented through the use from water. The ease of checking the level of potable water in water tanks and cisterns, with the device installed on damp walls and synced with app on phones cell phones, is one of the functionalities. We liked the idea and decided to create SimpleIOT, a company focused and specializing in solving problems and facilitating people's daily lives with technology from arduinos. EasyPet is a pet monitoring system that aims to aim to provide solutions to everyday problems. This innovative product allows pet owners to monitor the heart rate and body temperature of their pets, easily and conveniently. With EasyPet, it is possible to follow your pet's health in real time, ensuring peace of mind and safety for both the owner and the animal.
