The application will be for a confectionery, where the intention is to create a confectionery showcase to attract customers to the physical space and to carry out requests via whatsapp. A web application can be built centrally where everything runs on the same computer or in a distributed way where it runs partly on the computer and another part on a server, this form is known as a client-server system (MILETTO, 2014). For users to access the application, they must first that have an operating system on their device, which manages the hardware to obtain the best optimization for the operation of software combined with hardware capacity. Among the functions of an operating system, the following stand out: following: process management, memory management, devices and cache management (CÓRDOVA JUNIOR, 2018).
