Item BRAINSTORMING EMPRESARIAL META Contabilidade(FUNDAÇÃO DE WENSINO OCTAVIO DA SILVA BASTOS, 2023-06-01) CARIOCA, José Marcio; SIQUEIRA, Marcelo Ferreira; FORTES, Antonio Donizeti; COSTA, Rodrigo Simão da; MATOS, Ana Carolina Maldonado; CAMARGOS, Andréia Gomes; MATTOS, Isabelle Aparecida de; ADÃO, Nicole Jonas; SILVA, Taynara de OliveiraThe project worked on in this module aims to prepare students for the market through the constitution of the company itself, aiming to acquire a greater knowledge about organizations, for the development of the same we will use the teaching subjects studied during the module, such as Strategic Management and Compliance, Incorporation of Companies in Brazil, Strategic Management of Taxes and Management budget. Regarding the Strategic Management and Compliance module, we will be addressing topics relevant to the new venture such as the use of tools of Strategic Management: SWOT MATRIX, CANVAS MODEL, DESIGN THINKING and BSC. In the part of the module "Constitution of Companies in Brazil", we will be addressing general definitions of the company's activity and definitions of some items such as, for example, company, factors of production and entrepreneur. In Strategic Tax Management, we will provide a brief overview of to the tax scenario of the country. We will address information, advantages and disadvantages of MEI, Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit and Real Profit. The theme chosen to be addressed within the Wi7h, is the expansion of the company's structure, with the aim of promote the hiring of professionals with disabilities. The purpose of expansion can be applied to its subsidiary, which will be founded in the first half of 2022, already organized with adequate structures to provide assistance to people with greater difficulty in getting around and offering them better opportunities to inclusion, since many organizations are not coherent for such types of deficiency. In the first analysis, before the company, the project would be destined to hiring in the face-to-face area, but we do not rule out the possibility of a contract perform their role in the home office.
