The company studied in this project was RL Assi Transportes LTDA. During the semester we obtained in the classroom knowledge to carry out with praise the present project and the following subjects helped us to develop it. The company chosen by the group members was Marcopolo S / A. It is a company of Brazilian origin manufacturer of bus bodies. Where the proposed challenge was to identify in any company three labor liabilities with the aid of the materials, and find the best way to manage them, so that the organization would not have future problems.
