To support and pursue the activities, we chose the company Candy Mindy, a manufacturer of sweets and confectionery with peanuts, located in the city of Aguai, São Paulo. In our country, they lead sales and are expanding their retail operations, through their own stores and partnerships with pharmacy chains, also investing in digital platforms. The project consists of applying the tool CYCLE PDCA, for managing the process improvement of the final product packaging, to execute it in order to reduce costs, increase profits and increase customer satisfaction. The major focus of this project is linked to packaging cost reductions, as demand in this branch is high, and today the company outsources 100% of its cardboard packaging.
