    It was chosen for application of the interdisciplinary project the company Toque de Sabor. It operates in the area of Industry and Trade of Foodstuffs. Founded by Jhony Oliveira in January 2015, it operates today with 05 employees based in Minas Gerais. This company is a Microenterprise, remembering that the main advantage of being an ME is the possibility to enroll in Simples Nacional, which implies a differentiated and favored tax treatment for these types of companies.

    The interdisciplinary project aims to analyze labor liabilities on all the working capital of a company. We then chose to base our project on a fictitious company called Altos Bebidas & Cervejaria, where we analyze their possible fictitious labor liabilities and their impact on the working capital of the company in question.

    The Project aims to report the actual operation of our chosen Company, since its Mission, Vision and Values, the constitution of the company with the MEI Tax Regime; because the company is small, the financial analysis of the company was made, we show the Labor Liabilities; We simulate three common liabilities that exist in most cases, which are: FGTS, overtime and deviation from function; exemplifying through tables and calculations.

    This project aims to disseminate the subjects taught to the practical content. The chosen company was an idea and characterization made by the students themselves, which was chosen employees, main activity of the company, fancy name, corporate name and so on. In the study units we put into practice with Prof. Luiz Francisco A. S. de Faria as well as all the steps to start a company, mirroring the same we chose. With Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira, we found out how to identify a labor liability, and also how future accountants indicate the best solution for the entrepreneur to eliminate them. Already with Profa. Renata Marcondes, we found the probability of liabilities according to employees and sectors of the company. In the study unit Quantitative Methods Applied to Business with Profa. Prof. Mariângela M. Santos, we put into practice the updating of all labor liabilities debts, made with the calculation of compound interest. Finally with Prof. Dirceu F. Batista, we analyze the company's balance sheet, knowing its liquidity and debt ratio, also the impact of the company's total liabilities and how to resolve them.

    In this project we had as objective to elaborate a labor liability management plan, presenting possible solutions to avoid the liabilities, as well as some ways of payment of them, without compromising the working capital of the company Supermercados Big Bom. We calculate the average liability in the company according to the number of employees. In the management of labor liabilities, we have seen which liabilities exist in the company, detailing the unlawful acts on the part of the company and presenting solutions for the respective liabilities. In the legal aspects of corporate structuring, we raised the procedures and documentation necessary to start a company such as the Big Bom Supermarket.

    Accounting practice requires a wide range of knowledge. This knowledge is acquired in the classroom, in the subjects offered in each period by the university. However, this is not enough. In a globalized world, where knowledge networks intertwine, it is evident how important it is to interdisciplinary all the contents learned. This is the purpose of this type of project. For the creation of this, it is essential to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom in practice, in order to develop technical and theoretical skills of the content learned. Therefore, it is necessary to study the financial statements of a company. The group chose to create a scenario, as if it were a fictional company to be able to develop the Interdisciplinary Project (IP). The fictitious company is called GBG Ltda. And it will be described within the project.

    In this third module of the Accounting Science Course we had as theme for our project the Development of a Labor Liability Management Plan, with the objective of applying what was passed to us in the disciplines, from how to create a company, the importance of good management. both in the financial and legal administration with essential knowledge of the labor laws that must be followed according to the Federal Constitution (CF), Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Civil Code (CC), in order to identify the possible liabilities of the Company. company, propose solutions for them and also give tips to prevent them from happening. We use a fictitious market for the elaboration of the project, using information from a real company, whose fancy name is Mercadinho da Família, we use its location, the CNPJ, branch where it operates and the name of the partners of an existing company in São João da Boa Vista –SP, in which we use as our corporate name “Rochetto & Rochetto Mercearia Ltda.”.

    This Interdisciplinary Project will present analysis of labor liability management of the company Supermercado Biazoto, located in Espírito Santo do Pinhal / SP, it was founded in 1974 by two brothers, Antonio Biazoto and Ângelo Biazoto. It started with a simple grocery store, evolved to become a reference in prices and quality, remaining active in the market for over 40 years. Last year (2016) was acquired the 2nd unit of the store located in the city center. We started with the criteria of the constitution of the treated company, specifying the desired location for opening, licenses and mandatory registrations for the beginning of the activities of a commercial establishment faithful to the one studied in this unit. Next, the Biazoto Supermercado staff data were collected, identifying and specifying the labor liabilities existing between the sectors.
