    It was chosen for application of the interdisciplinary project the company Toque de Sabor. It operates in the area of Industry and Trade of Foodstuffs. Founded by Jhony Oliveira in January 2015, it operates today with 05 employees based in Minas Gerais. This company is a Microenterprise, remembering that the main advantage of being an ME is the possibility to enroll in Simples Nacional, which implies a differentiated and favored tax treatment for these types of companies.

We have developed a fictional bagged chips production company, our company will be Cantinhos das Fritas LTDA. The topics to be worked on will be BUSINESS CONSTITUTION, LABOR LIABILITIES, LABOR CALCULATIONS AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS.

    The interdisciplinary project aims to analyze labor liabilities on all the working capital of a company. We then chose to base our project on a fictitious company called Altos Bebidas & Cervejaria, where we analyze their possible fictitious labor liabilities and their impact on the working capital of the company in question.

    The Project aims to report the actual operation of our chosen Company, since its Mission, Vision and Values, the constitution of the company with the MEI Tax Regime; because the company is small, the financial analysis of the company was made, we show the Labor Liabilities; We simulate three common liabilities that exist in most cases, which are: FGTS, overtime and deviation from function; exemplifying through tables and calculations.

    This project is based on the company MARCOPOLO S / A, and its main objective is to bring important information and analysis, developed from the knowledge obtained through the subjects seen in the classroom, and from research conducted about the company. During the semester we obtained in the classroom knowledge to carry out with praise the present project and the following subjects helped us to develop it. The company chosen by the group members was Marcopolo S / A. It is a company of Brazilian origin manufacturer of bus bodies. Headquartered in the city of Caxias do Sul, state of Rio Grande do Sul, is the largest national manufacturer in the industry, with 40.7% market share, and one of the most important in the world.

Vitrine S / A is one of the largest retail store chains in Brazil, our choice was based on the transparency and commitment that the company has shown in financial and social parameters, available to anyone, which allowed us a greater ease of access to relevant information related to the distributed subjects.

With the theme Developing a Labor Liability Management Plan, the challenge of the interdisciplinary project was to unite the team and the facilitators, together with each discipline to identify labor liabilities and their solution through research, analysis and calculations.

Where the proposed challenge was to identify in any company three labor liabilities with the aid of the materials, and find the best way to manage them, so that the organization would not have future problems.

    In the present work will be addressed the accounting information of the company Alpargatas / S.A, in order to develop the activities taught by the teachers of the 2nd semester 2017, all accounting data of the company were taken from the BMF Bovespa website. This project will present the structuring of labor liabilities, prepared by the group members, so that we were assisted in the discipline of Labor Liability Management.
