We calculate the average liability in the company according to the number of employees. In the management of labor liabilities, we have seen which liabilities exist in the company, detailing the unlawful acts on the part of the company and presenting solutions for the respective liabilities. S. de; Batista, Dirceu F.; Santos, Mariângela M.; Silva, Bianca Rosa da; Custódio, Valdinéia AparecidaIn this third module of the Accounting Science Course we had as theme for our project the Development of a Labor Liability Management Plan, with the objective of applying what was passed to us in the disciplines, from how to create a company, the importance of good management. both in the financial and legal administration with essential knowledge of the labor laws that must be followed according to the Federal Constitution (CF), Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Civil Code (CC), in order to identify the possible liabilities of the Company. company, propose solutions for them and also give tips to prevent them from happening. The company chosen was MJ Serviços Eléctricos - Eletricos e Eletrônica LTDA, located in the city of Goiânia-GO. The units of study addressed in this module were of paramount importance for the interdisciplinary project about the company to be realized. Throughout the project in the Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring unit, we study how to set up a company and how it can be structured. In Labor Liability Management we work with the CLT and the Federal Constitution and their reflexes in our daily lives. In the project we made simulations of possible labor liabilities in the chosen company.
