    The present interdisciplinary project refers to the Uber company and aims to perform a description and analysis of the micro and macro environment in which the company operates, its positioning and strategies used to stay on top of the market in which it operates and to apply in a practical way all knowledge gained in the classroom in this Module. The process of choosing this company was because it is on the rise in the market and has innovated in the way people can move within cities, making it a pioneer in the environment in which it operates. Uber is an electronic technology and services company that operates in the passenger transportation business through an application made available to its users and collaborating drivers.
