To carry out this work, a fictitious company was chosen, the most of the information and numbers contained therein do not correspond to a company true, together we decided to name the company as "VILPN" being it from the cosmetics branch. For the accomplishment of this, three liabilities were indicated as main subjects, which are: overtime, hazardous work and wage parity. Thus showing the rights of workers, and duties of employers.
