During the semester we obtained in the classroom knowledge to carry out with praise the present project and the following subjects helped us to develop it. The company chosen by the group members was Marcopolo S / A. It is a company of Brazilian origin manufacturer of bus bodies. With the theme Developing a Labor Liability Management Plan, the challenge of the interdisciplinary project was to unite the team and the facilitators, together with each discipline to identify labor liabilities and their solution through research, analysis and calculations.
