To increase production it would be necessary to acquire a larger physical space for more seedlings. WE CAN IMPROVE Seedling QUALITY BY TRANSPORTING THE SAME UP TO YOUR FINAL DESTINATION TO PLANT IT TO AVOID LOSS. This management has become a fundamental process in the growth of organizations, pursuing as its basic objective the alignment of HR policies with the organization's strategy. Within a company, this “system” drives others, as it deals with people's primary needs, in which they push the individual to the other stages of the motivational pyramid. Beyond the financial aspect, people want challenges, they want to be recognized, they need to be valued, they want to be rewarded for their results, they aspire to careers. Achieving the excellence of this concept requires that the three areas are in balance - Economic, Social and Environmental - the “tripod” of sustainability.
