We use the knowledge acquired by the learning unit of the current module to develop the project. Are they: performance evaluation, a tool used in organizations in the area of people. Its objective is to analyze the performance of a professional according to the activity for which it fulfilled the objective. Location, achievements and potential development. The human resources area studies labor legislation and calculation methods, as well as the process of hiring new employees. Professor Danielle guided us through the career plans area in the Positions, Salaries and Career Plans unit. With Carioca teacher in Performance Assessment we discovered the various tools used for the organization of people management, performance evaluation, mindset B and the digital age.. The Leadership and Coaching discipline, with Professor Almir, exposed the need for in-company training, skills development and the importance of feedback.
