(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-06-30) PERETTO, Laura Guerra Casal de Rey; DUARTE, Lucas Matheus Farrampa; CENZI, Márcio André Lopes; RODRIGUES, Maria Eduarda Silvério; ARPAIA NETO, Mario; SILVA, Raphaela Quilice Victorino; BUENO, Leonor Cristina
This work arises from the observation of two apparently independent situations: the popularization of initiatives to record oral histories and life narratives, among which the Museu da Pessoa stands out, and the importance of rural areas in the economic-social context. From the apparent distance between the two facts, it is possible to identify a problematic situation: the scarcity of individual records of experiences in a rural environment and, consequently, of reflections on these same experiences from the perspectives of psychology and social sciences. The following article has the general objective of developing research into the psycho-sociocultural circumstances of rural work.

A importância do saber ouvir na Psicologia
(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-06-30) LAGE, Augusto do Amaral; REVOREDO, Gabriela Aparecida; PRADO, Gabriela Palhares Mussi Vieira; DIAS, Karla Cristine Figueiredo; FARIA, Luci de Cássia; BUENO, Leonor Cristina
Active listening (a skill that we intend to develop through this project) brings closer ties between individuals, as the individuality of the person and their experiences is perceived, but in some cases there is a personal identification with the content treated by who produces the speech, generating greater identification and a form of mirroring between individuals, thus with greater proximity, both can welcome each other in a better way and understand the context of each other's experience, being a treatment, or rather a unique relationship between them. It is about greater humanization in the experience between individuals. In psychoanalysis there is a certain mode of active listening, as there is free speech and listening between the analyst and the patient, which is not so recent, but nowadays there is greater discussion about the implementation of the practice in other areas of health. In addition to listening, it is necessary to align it with observation techniques, which presents the way in which the messages brought by the interviewee were collected, since the work takes place around the rural man.

The present work aimed to present the importance of discussing the life of rural workers within psychological approaches, such as Experimental Behavior Analysis, Sociological and Anthropological Bases of Psychology, Professional Ethics in Psychology, Social and Community Psychology; promoting self-knowledge to the individual. The increase in work is justified by the scarcity of studies on the lives of rural workers, with most of the articles revolving around agriculture and the profit that this activity brought to Brazil. A bibliographical review and an interview with a rural worker were carried out and subsequently an analysis of the data obtained.
