For all this to happen, the company must be knowledgeable in its production process, that is, be competent and effective in knowing how to analyze and classify its costs, generating important information in administrative decision making. And it is valid to say that with the great global competition and the collection of entrepreneurs, companies have a responsibility to make profits or profitability in a continuous way so that it can be maintained in the future. Inventories currently represent one of the most important assets for companies and they need continuous monitoring so that their costs do not increase. It is concluded that costs directly reflect the results so that management can easily decide on their cuts, sales prices and other tools that provide positive results for the company.

The starting point was to know more about the history of the company, regarding its performance in the plaque and sanitary materials market; base materials for the manufacture of your products, origin of these materials, procurement, storage and delivery. Show how the Value Chain Management and Development of its products in its organizational units has been reflected in the company's growth, customer service and satisfaction level, main competitors and differentials.

In this project we highlight the company Soufer which was the company chosen to help us elaborate and put into practice everything we have learned so far. In addition to availability, quality is essential and there is a clear correlation between access to purchasing bottled drinking water, it was observed that the GDP per capita of a region and the quality of life of people living there comes from water quality. Due to the proven water quality of Poços de Caldas Municipality and essential characteristics for the population's consumption, in this context, the purpose of this work is to perform an accurate analysis of the bottled mineral water industry and the processes for a good functioning, profitability and values ​​of the company. company Águas Poços de Caldas LTDA. Today it is increasingly necessary for companies to deliver their products with quality and speed, to the satisfaction of their customers, but this activity is not so simple, it involves some factors of Logistics Strategies. During this project some of these strategies will be covered and how to use them, thus applying these strategies to the company we once chose to be the basis of our project. The objective of our project is to analyze the logistics strategy of the company Águas Poços de Caldas LTDA, located in Poços de Caldas - MG. The choice of this company was made by referrals of residents, because it is a company that offers a product of great quality. Thus, after choosing the company, a site visit was carried out by a team member, where information was collected so that it could be explained during the project.
