In addition, we will analyze the tax regime that the company has chosen. The company chosen belongs to a student family member of Stella and was a way to better understand what is going on in the company and learn from it, so we decided that the Centauro Apiary was chosen. Each unit of study is an important part of this project, which are: Budget Management, in which we cite the reasons for adhering to the budget in companies and how it helps to improve results, and implement the strategic plan by allocating resources. as accurately as possible and strategic tax management, showing what types of taxation exist and what requirements are necessary for the company to be able to adopt it.
