    The job and salary plan is a tool used to determine and sustain an organization's job and salary structures with the objective of achieving internal and external balance through the definition of the duties, duties and responsibilities of each position and, consequently, their respective salary levels. In addition to providing structuring, the plan also allows the company to offer the employee a real career plan, that is, it clearly demonstrates the possible promotions and the time to achieve them.
