Good control of the company's working capital is key to good financial health! If we could compare a company to an organ of the human body, we could to suggest that financial management is the heart: it provides supplies for all other areas. If it stops working, everything else stops too. Often, when we perform inefficient management and inadequate financial planning, we end up “appealing” to banks to cover debts, through access to credit and financing.
