Public institutions have been going through several challenges over time, that by hiring more technological resources, for example, they tend to obtain greater efficiency in the provision of its services and better cost control.

    In this integrated project we will address issues related to Information Technology, its respective decision support systems, Management Systems and Management Systems in the Public Sector. We will also address the public accounting and its planning and budgeting systems, we will cite related to Fiscal Responsibility Law 101/2020 and Law 4320/1964, the Models Brazilian Public Management Budgets such as PPA, LDO and LOA and Records Accounting in Public Accounting.

    n this Integrated Project (IP) we will show how public administration is great help to the public sector, showing how LOA (Law Annual Budget) and LDO (Budget Guidelines Law), how the process of developing a budget in the public sector and the Model Brazilian Budget, being complex and there are several techniques for its development, and the debate of each of these instruments mobilizes a great volume of specialists and consumes several hours of managers in the Executive and Legislative. All this to ensure better governance and prevent these same managers violate rules such as those listed in the Fiscal Responsibility Law, which can lead to the loss of mandates and even imprisonment.

    In this part of the Integrated Project (IP) the objective of the project must be described, that is, that is, the analysis of the use of technology in the public sector management process. The IP title is “TECHNOLOGY IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR”, where the objective is to carry out an analysis on the use of integrated management systems by the sector public. The delivery of the PI must be done through this file, where the team must generate an Adobe Reader (PDF) file and send it directly through the AVA (Virtual Environment of Learning) through one of its members, not being allowed to deliver in print or by email.
