One of the main factors that led the group to choose this company was the internal culture and relationship with its employees that it presents, with more than 35 thousand professionals spread throughout the national territory.

    The present study will address the job and salary plan of Itaú, a financial organization that has great influence in the Brazilian market. Being one of the largest banks in Brazil today, with a significant number of revenues and also in the hiring of employees, thus justifying the choice by the organization and the conduct of this study. The organization of a job and salary plan by a business organization is essential, as it helps employees to better understand the activities to be developed, through job descriptions and, consequently, the understanding of the salaries being paid.
