The company chosen was SEBRAE of Santa Catarina - SC (Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service), which is a private non-profit entity and very present in the life of Brazilians. All units of study this semester were very significant and helped us in the development of the interdisciplinary project. The data were taken and based on the document “Remuneration Structure” available on the company's own website.
