This interdisciplinary project aims to carry out an analysis of the techniques and models for evaluating a company's performance, as well as addressing the your training and development needs diagnosis process. The company chosen to serve as the basis for our study was Nestlé Brasil LTDA. This company was chosen due to the fact that one of the missions of the HR managers is to support Managers to achieve business results through of optimizing the performance of the company's Employees, guaranteeing conditions of exemplary work.
