The supply chain plays a fundamental role in the success of companies, especially in an increasingly competitive market. In this academic work, we will carry out a thorough analysis of the supply chain of AMBEV, a recognized company in the beverage sector. Our objective is to investigate everything from mapping the processes involved in this management to analyzing the selection and evaluation of suppliers, as well as the supply logistics interfaces.
