The business world has been going through rapid changes and keeping up with them is not It is an easy task for the entrepreneur. Investment in consulting can be a way to help the entrepreneur to lighten the weight of these changes. Business consulting is an iterative process of a change agent external to the company. Has the structured set of activities with a logical sequence in order to surprise the expectations of internal and external customers. Considering these statements, the present work aims to carrying out a consultancy to identify, evaluate, propose and present results of a simple, efficient and concise way. The aim is to unite academic learning with the reality observed during the technical visits carried out in the organization.
