It can be affirmed that the presence of water in the constructions is an abnormality, classifying a pathology, having negative actions in the buildings, thus bringing various types of complications. Waterproofing is the act of prevention against infiltration, being a technique of application of specific products to protect the areas of a building of events that can lead to the presence of pathology. When performing the case study and having direct contact with the owner of the work, with the visits was identified the pathology, which already mentioned, was the presence of moisture, causing the appearance of fungi and damage to the walls and slab of the property According to the problems, was developed a way to solve the complication, however, using unconventional materials, thinking ecologically and with the intention of being able to expand this medium so that society in general begins to make the use of this medium for future constructions. We will deal here about the interdiction of a bridge located on the street Dr. Afonso Dias de Araújo, in the center of the city of Bandeira do Sul, on which - although the city has access to such technologies mentioned above - suffered pathologies in its structure due to political greed when trying to finish the work in the short term to inaugurate it still in the current mandate, which hurt the quality of the final result. Our study was based on solutions to correct and resume the continuation of the construction of the work, in order to avoid future problems according to the pathologies found.
