    According to EMBRAPA (2020) In Brazil there are approximately 200 million hectares of native or established pastures, of which it is estimated that around 130 million are degraded and require some intervention to revert their state. According to Agrolink in 2021 the average animal unit per area is 0.97 AUs /ha. The objective of this work is to provide information to the producer and plan and scale improvements in agroecological practices aimed at increasing production and greater profitability. The Cayana cultivar was chosen to meet the producer's needs.

    The main culture of the property is the cultivation of coffee of the Genus: Coffea and species: Coffea arábica. Shrub plant belonging to the Rubiaceae family, originating in Ethiopia whose best development is at altitudes above 800 meters and in a milder climate. According to Wikipedia (2020) the water requirement of the coffee tree varies greatly according to their phenological stages. The phenological cycle consists of six distinct phases, two of which are vegetative (Vegetation and formation of leaf buds, induction and maturation of flower buds) and four reproductive: (Flowering, fruit set, fruit maturation, rest and senescence)
