For this, some technical aspects were taken into account, such as production and crop operation, slope of cropland, soil health, history climatological, and the choice of the best technology to apply, since all this influences the beginning, from the choice of cultivar, planting system, management of pests, diseases and weeds, until the end of production which is the harvest
