This project was conceived with the aim of integrating the universe of cultural diversity through playful and sensory activities, using art and movement as the main means of expression. At this stage of life, children are in the process of fully developing their motor, cognitive and emotional skills.

Art has a role in expressing feelings, ideas and emotions, transmitting and transforming culture. Art should promote critical and liberating thinking in the individual, promoting the good of society as a whole. Censorship prohibits artistic expressions, questioning art, however, freedom of artistic expression and communication is provided for in the 1988 Federal Constitution.
