From practical aspects and official assessments, this retrospective becomes precarious, especially when we compare it with the results obtained, not only by developed countries but which have socioeconomic conditions similar or inferior to those of Brazil. The official assessment is summative/classificatory that focuses only on performance, used to regulate, select and measure. Furthermore, the school must prioritize the demand it has, attending its meetings and giving parents more autonomy to discuss approaches that they prioritize within the educational institution. The voice of everyone in the educational environment opens up discussion on very important issues that often end up being neglected. Participatory management is essential for the flow of the establishment, namely, the case requires that it be understood first that the official assessment does not take into account the difficulties of studying in Brazil, considering that 9.9% of the Brazilian population are in a situation of food insecurity, totaling 20.1 million people.
