    Culture is a union of characteristics of a given ethnic group, so we can think that it is shown with the most common and acceptable perspectives of each people. Art comes and gives voice to hidden practices and information, by a minority that has no space in the community.

    In Brazil, children have the right to attend a regular school, which is protected by law. However, children with special needs have had this right violated for a long time. Inclusive education aims to correct and assist in the development of these children. The right to learn must be respected by everyone in the school environment, but there is a need to have strategies to ensure that the school environment becomes welcoming and conducive to the development of all children with or without special needs. Teachers need to be prepared to deal with differences and encourage tolerance and solidarity. School projects must include activities that everyone can participate in and develop. It is concluded that laws and decrees are not enough for inclusion to happen; there must be pedagogical strategies that encompass all children.

    The school institution has a very important social role, as it helps to promote values and moral norms that will guide people's social lives. It is up to teachers to carry out activities that help in the act of thinking and reflecting on attitudes and situations that may harm coexistence in society. The management team has an important role in providing tools to teachers so that these reflection interventions can exist in the school environment.

    Brazilian education faces some contradictions when comparing the results of official evaluations and the opinions of teachers and parents about it. Official evaluations aim to evaluate the educational system of the municipality or state, that is, they provide a broad and systemic view of Brazilian education. There are no day-to-day details, nor is the procedural evolution of that region subject to analysis. It is a broad vision, to organize the macro system.
