    The Business Consulting Project has as its main objective the creation of a new company, with the aim of putting into practice the concepts of Compliance, Constitution of Companies, Taxation and Budgets. Thus, each article is related to some themes, bringing the necessary guidelines and planning, as shown below: With the discipline Strategic Administration and Compliance, it uses a vision strategy about the market and its needs, where it is possible to carry out research in search of to identify the best scenario for the company in question, with the help of tools ideas for such research. The following support tools were used as a Matrix Swot, Model Canvas, Design Thinking and BSC. The Constitution of Companies in Brazil, seeks to address basic notions of law business, how to set up a company and its assigned expenses and necessary documentation for constitution of the CNPJ. The Strategic Management of Taxes allows the company to identify opportunities for reduce taxation costs by restoring tax credits and taking advantage of government tax incentives, which exempt companies from paying certain taxes under certain conditions. Discipline also helps to correct errors of interpretation and execution that may arise in the fulfillment of tax obligations and routine procedures. This avoids fiscal contingencies (fines and sanctions), as well as overpayments of taxes with a legal form implementation of tax savings.

    O Projeto de Consultoria Empresarial tem como objetivo principal a criação de uma nova empresa, com o intuito de dispor na prática os conceitos de Compliance, Constituição de Empresas, femininos e Orçamentos. Com isso, cada matéria se relaciona com alguns temas, trazidos como causados orientações e planejamento, assim como demonstre-se abaixo: Com a disciplina Administração Estratégica e Compliance utiliza-se de uma visão estratégico sobre o mercado e suas necessidades, onde é possível realizar pesquisas em busca de identificar qual o melhor cenário para a empresa em questão, com o auxílio de ferramentas ideias para tais pesquisas. Foram utilizadas as seguintes ferramentas de apoio como Matriz Swot, Modelo Canvas, Design Thinking e BSC. A Constituição de Empresas no Brasil, busca abordar noções básicas de direito empresarial, como constituir uma empresa e seus gastos atribuídos e documentos necessários para constituição do CNPJ. A Gestão Estratégica de Tributos permite que a empresa identifique possibilidades de reduzir os custos de tributos, restabelecendo os créditos tributários e aproveitando os incentivos fiscais do governo, que isentam as empresas do pagamento de certos impostos em determinadas condições. A disciplina também auxilia a corrigir erros de interpretação e execução que podem ocorrer no cumprimento de obrigações fiscais e procedimentos rotineiros. Com isso, evita-se contingências fiscais (multas e garantir), bem como pagamentos indevidos de impostos com uma implementação de forma legal de economia fiscal.
