The team concept is superior to the traditionally used forms of management, but it requires a great deal of initial effort, unconditional and uninterrupted support from the organizational top and time for the process to solidify. Teamwork is a work system developed by a group of people, where everyone is dedicated to carrying out a task, where usually one of the participants takes the lead.
